These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by ECO EV (ECO SETU PRIVATE LIMITED) (“ECO EV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, registering for, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

ECO EV provides electric vehicle rental and rider support services. Our services may be used only for lawful delivery, transportation, and other permitted purposes.

You agree to use the vehicle and services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, traffic rules, and safety requirements.

2. Exit Policy

Riders who wish to discontinue their association with ECO EV must provide at least 7 days’ prior notice.

Exit and closure of the rider account are subject to:

  • Return of the assigned vehicle and any related equipment
  • Verification and completion of required documents
  • Settlement of all outstanding payments, dues, penalties, or other obligations
  • Completion of any applicable vehicle inspection or clearance process

3. Payments

All payments must be made through the authorized digital payment methods provided or approved by ECO EV.

For security and privacy, ECO EV does not store sensitive payment credentials such as UPI PINs, card numbers, or CVV details.

You are responsible for ensuring that all applicable payments, charges, and dues are paid within the specified timelines.

4. Rider Responsibilities

Riders are responsible for:

  • Using the vehicle safely, responsibly, and lawfully
  • Following all applicable traffic rules and safety guidelines
  • Taking reasonable care of the vehicle and maintaining it in good condition
  • Promptly reporting accidents, damage, theft, or other vehicle-related issues
  • Clearing all applicable dues and payments on time
  • Providing accurate and valid information and documents when requested

5. Pricing, Cancellation & Refunds

Details relating to rental charges, pricing, security deposits, cancellation terms, and refund timelines are governed by our separate Pricing & Refund Policy, as published on the ECO EV website.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms and timelines specified in that policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

ECO EV reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any updated Terms will become effective when published on the website, unless otherwise stated. Your continued access to or use of ECO EV services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
